I’m so excited to send my artwork your way! It truly means so much that you want to welcome my art into your space. As someone who deeply appreciates art, I believe it has the power to transform any atmosphere.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to prepare your painting, including 2-3 business days for handling. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, and while I do my best to ensure timely arrival, unexpected delays may occur. If your package is late, I sincerely apologise on behalf of the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact me at araxustudio@outlook.com within 48 hours, and I will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to me at araxustudio@outlook.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. I will be happy to replace your item.

Please note that I am not responsible for VAT, import fees, or any other customs duties that may be applied by your local government upon delivery.
